how do i post ships now?

as the title says i have a coupple of ships i've built and i dont know how to post them. first time i do though.

1. Go to Community Content
2. Click "Add Content"
3. Follow the instructions there.

So there is going to be a new launcher that works with the new site, will that be able to upload ships like the old launcher or will the site be the only method?
