How do I lock the blueprint category on my server?

As the title said I want to lock it on my server in order to prevent lag. I know it is possible since there is servers what locked of the personal and only allowed to spawn in server blueprints, or blueprints only the server have. That way I can only allow my players to have certain ships to spawn in, and so they are not uploading 500,000+ ships into the server all the time.... How do I do this?

I figured it out. You just go into the settings and change the ammount of ships a player can have in his category to 0 and then the ships you want them to be able to spawn into the blueprints folder.
