History of the Imperium

In the days when the universe was still young, and Humanity had just begun exploring the stars, Chaos was predominant. The people were divided and spread apart, like water droplets on the ground at the start of a downpour. But, as more and more droplets joined those already there, they began to form streams, which became pools of water. This was the beginning of the Alphanox Imperium, or the ISF.
While the universe was too young to mark the rise of civilization, (Aka the factions system did not exist). It was well known to all who flew the stars. It rose in power and wealth, building deep in reaches of space rarely visited by others. And then.... It grew complacement..... Time passed it by.... Eons passed, and suddenly.. An explosion of population, like a dam bursting, the people flowed in, and many pools formed. Noticing this, The Imperium began to wake, as it heard the sounds of civilations across the wide reaches of space. It no longer held sole control...

Now the Imperium seeks to reclaim it! Will you join, and bring the universe to its knees?

Or will you join the side of the upstart police, the Galaxy Rangers, and fight for freedom?
