Help with update

I am so confused about the new update with the ?nerf? of the AMC's. Could someone please explain to me what the new updates have added, buffed, and nerfed? Also, why certain things have been changed? (To put it in a simpler way, could someone please explain to me everything that has happened?) #IMissTheOldAMCs

I don't really understand the chart for the combinations, and I would like to reduce the recharge by using the Cannon+Cannon as it says on the chart.

I find that chart unintuitive, too, it seems transposed to me.

Connect an AMC slave system to an AMC master. Adding more slave cannons will reduce the recharge.

?? I can't find any AMC slave systems nor AMC master. Do you mean have two Weapons Comp's and split the AMC's between them and then connect the two Weapons Comp's together?
