Help me get my universe back!

So, I started the game, and immediately got a huge list of red boxes down the side, then the universe was blank. No shops, no rocks, and my prized flagship is nowhere to be found. I do not have a backup from an update, as this installation is rather new. The old catalog files appear to be there still.



So, how do I fix this?

There\'s annoying, then there\'s losing hours of work in just a milisecond. I\'m sure there\'s a way, but I\'m too scared to try and guess how to fix this
