we have a mean sof creating a square, rectangle as it is

is it possible to create a tool that allows for Hollow shapes as well as simple shapes liek spheres, circles and ovoids?

This has already been stated that it will be done but in a better way. You will be able to save your own shapes then use them later its the prefab saves that schema is working on.

Yes, schema has mentioned the use of templates based on previously built/saved shapes.

Was hoping for something more dynamic that could help build them on the fly in the first place. Building your own and reusing is nice though not the point I was getting at.
