Hi everyone,
I'm AgentTadpole!
I've been playing Minecraft since beta 1.7, so about 2-3 years. Once I saw this, I knew I wanted to get into it, as this was one of the features I'd always seen as missing from MC, and not even mods could seem to add it. Speaking of mods, if you play modded Minecraft using FTB (a mod pack), you may well have seen me around the forums there, I'm part of the FTB wiki team.
Just so you're aware, I'm not from the Yogscast. I came here an hour or two ago, and saw 300 more people in chat than there was last time I was here. I did come at a similar time though, one day before. Personally, I don't watch the Yogscast, though I have nothing against them. I might subscribe for the StarMade series, because I couldn't find a good one in the half-minute or so that I was looking for one. If you know of, or are making, a YouTube series on StarMade, please link it, I'd love to take a look.
To those I was getting support from in the chat a couple of days ago: I derped. I updated my dedicated graphics drivers, but not integrated. I just updated integrated graphics drivers today, everything worked perfectly. Even though it wasn't using my dedicated graphics card, I still got over 100 FPS, so this is a pretty performance-efficient game.
I plan on buying the game in the next couple of days, however I have a quick question. If this game makes it through Steam Greenlight, will I get a Steam copy of the game if I buy it now?
Anyway, thanks for reading what was probably a longer than usual wall of text here, if you made it this far. I'd like to make some friends in the StarMade community, please respond and we can talk.
