Hacked Blueprints with zero price.

These wreck our server as players can upload any BP they want with a zero price.

ALL BP's should be price checked when uploaded.

There should also be an option to allow/disallow uploading/creation of Blueprints. For example, we'd want to allow creating BP's for things made on our server, but not uploading of new BP's which were created elsewhere.

I\'ve been on the point that the Local Catalog needs to be have a option for server owners to either disable or make it were Catalog will only spawn in blocks the Owner allowed in the Config of the server/catalog, in which would help cut the stem of people using hacked blueprints, and help keep a server open (whitelisting can cause a server to go stagnit, and die) but keep the ability to have a ships Design, but not a functioning ship in the game.

See it as in someone makes the best ship there ever will be, but doesn\'t allow Power Gen, Tanks, shields, Weapons, and thrusts but only hulls, this would make it were a blueprint (even Hacked) wouldn\'t have a issue because only the Hulls would spawn in while all the rest is taken out by the Config system. Making it were they would still need to go hunt, and get supplies to ready there ship for battle.
