Bug Graphics glitch / visual error.

I can log into game, I press spawn. I then count down from exactly 5 seconds, and as soon as I hit zero, the game portrays a glitched rendition of a portion of space. Here are the screenshots. I have tried tweaking multiple graphics settings, uninstalling and installing the game, and "verifying the game cache" and none of it has worked.

What do I do to fix this, I cannot play the game with this.

Very strange! A few issues like this have happened on windows 8.1 (are you on 8.1?) and have been fixed by either; updating graphics drivers or adjusting the VBO options.

Yes I have 8.1. I have recently installed the newest drivers, yet the problem still persists. I will have to learn how to adjust the VBO options. I have no experience in that yet, but I believe it's the only option I have.
