Read by Council Give Admins Spawn Shopkeeper Blocks for Spawn Stations

Currently in order to get boarding gear you require an advanced shop, usually the one at 2 2 2 is the way to go, however some admins chose to have their own spawn station, fair enough and all, but there is one problem.

No Shopkeeper, if it dies then an admin has to respawn it, My suggestion is to give admins the ability to use a command to use the "Spawn Shopkeeper Block" found in advanced shops, currently there is no way to do this without a script of manually spawning the shopkeeper in.

We need more control over NPCs and things to do with them in general. And to my knowledge things are planned if not already worked on

This can currently be done with admin commands as well, I do not recall exactly what they are off the top of my head. ..its like creature_spawn and then creature_load_script shopkeep or something like that. Apologies for not having exact infos, never actually done it!

Yes, it can be done right now, but not the way it works in shops. If the shop keep is killed you can respawn him by interacting with the two blocks in the middle of the shop. This can not be done using admin commands.

Ah, I getcha! Sorry I didn't follow the first time. Agreed, kinda waiting to see what happens with NPC systems on this one.
