Ghost entities

I recently saved my ships' progress and tried to spawn in another one after dying by mistake and the turrets that I made in the current build are spawning on the ship in random places. What is going on?? Some of them dont even show up as entities and i can float right through them. Please help!

Try reloading all chunks. Tab+f6
If that doesn't work try logging in again. If those don't work I don't know as they work for me.
