Game (ship) breaking bug

So appearantly, once in a while if you have a big ship and relog while your server is still up the sector kraken comes and eats a big chunk of your ship, I've got no clue of how to reproduce this but the ship was 80k mass before the kraken visited and now 20k...

This is normally fixed by reconnecting, was this missing chunk permanent?

Yes, its all gone
