game says no installation found

Hi im a new play and Igot off my game then came back 1 hour later and the starter wont work. And I looked down new the version thing it says NO INSTALLATION FOUND IN C:\USERS\MY NAME\DOWNLOADS\STARMADE



I dont know what to do
