Game Launcher becomming stuck on the "Connecting" Screen

So I had been playing the game all day today, and turned it off to get a snack... Once I returned, literally nothing else had changed on my computer, but now when I click the launch game button, and ok on the next screen, it reaches the connecting screen, and simply says that it is logging me in, and stops there... Nothing was changed in those 5 minutes, no computer updates in the background either as I have them set to only install manually. Not reall sure whats going on???
