My friends and I have a server going with only three people. I don't know what kind of computer they're running it on, but it doesn't usually have a problem with big ships. however, at random times, I get a red message box in the upper right corner of the screen saying that the server hasn't responded for 5 seconds, could be frozen, and I should tell the admin to send a bug report. Then the message repeats every 5 seconds and adds 5 seconds every time. However, my friends say that they weren't frozen and I can move around fine until I snap back to reality. If I'm lucky it unfreezes and glitches out a bunch firing my weapons and moving me around like i did before i noticed it was frozen and stopped moving, but what really sucks is when it kicks me off after exactly 131 seconds and teleports me 40 sectors away when I join again. I like this game but it's to the point where I can't stay on the server for more than 30 seconds and I lost my battledreadnought by virtue of teleportation to God knows where. Any help would be much appreciated.

Firstly are you using wireless or a wired connection? wired connections are much more reliable.
Next ask the host of the server to make sure there isnt an auto kick set in the server folders (probably not but just to be safe).
Lastly to find youre lost ship, type in the chat bar /search and then the name of your ship (eg. /search Battleship Mk2) this will display the sector that your ship is currently in.
