Friends ship shakes uncontrollably when trying to move

I'm going to call this a bug since I, a relatively knowledgable computer geek, cannot find any user error. When my friend gets in a ship and tries to move, it spins uncontrollably. It's visible to both of us on my server. The game is also taking up all of his CPU (With the game running, it maxes out at 98-99%, when not running it is at 20%) and he's able to play FTB unleashed MC with no lag (Which should be far more demanding than StarMade.) He's running a decent laptop with 6GB of ram and a Intel HD graphics card, 1gb of memory, with a resolution of 1366 x 768.

This I am pretty sure happens when you have exessive client lag. I have a bad computer and when I load a planet it maxes out my system and I start to shake. I would say it is still a bug, it only makes the lag worse and it makes it very hard to get away from the source.

Like.. It happens for him no matter what. Even in blank space. And his PC is quite decent, not bad at all.
