[Forum] Offtopic section

I've noticed that there isn't any place in forums where we can discuss things unrelated to SM. How about making one?

We might as well declare \"features\" as the off topic thread since it has little to no purpose.

But it depends on the forum server power. So far, it seems fine.

I don\'t suppose people will start suddenly registering after off-topic section is made, so server\'s power will remain largely unaffected. I hope this would be made! Is anyone there aside of schema who is busy coding with forum section creation ability?
