Forum Hierarchy Tree Links at bottom

Would it be possible to get the links that take a reader back up to higher levels in the forum tree hierarchy duplicated at the bottom of the thread? Or perhaps a link that instantly takes you back to the top of the page? Either will do. When reading a long page of posts in a thread, having to scroll back to the top to click back up a level gets annoying.
