Fly Through A Planet?

Well, I sorta accidentally flew through a star (right at the beginning)... and that got me thinking, would it be possible to fly through a planet? I figured the best way to do this was to make a long 1x1 ship with a salvage beam. Try to slice through a planet. I figured I might as well give it a shot :P

Thinking back to this, I probably should have just tried to blow a big hole through it with missles... but I hadn't messed with those yet. Maybe I'll go back and try to do that :D

A whole bunch of D-1000s is the easiest way.

You\'re not the only one who got bored. I actually have gone and made a base that is a little on the long side (1x1x30), and made a tube, sealed off on the inside three blocks in so I could stick it on, and see how many cores I could fit into the tube.
