built on the Mature starmade server. After trolling around deviant art spaceship designs for inspiration, I saw a design that caught my eye and used it as a starting point to build up the Hammerhead Heavy Cruiser for our faction Rising Star.
The stats are something like 93k blocks, 660k shields, 2 sets of weapons, heavy weapons and light scatter cannons for pesky small ships, and a nice bank of both type of useful missles. The front is wrapped in 4-5 layers of hardened hull and the rest of it has at least 2 layers, its meant to be a frontline bruiser according to the block limits on ships for our server. I tried to make it a nice balance of aesthetics and usefulness.
Second screenshot is just a collection of some ship's I've built. The grey armor plated one is TheGuardian, the Black and Grey one with the pointy end is the Grue (you have been eaten by a grue!) and the Lava one is the Marauder Xebec... it was supposed to look like a space-version of the pirate Xebec but sorta turned into a Space-Viking Lava Dragon.
The screenshot below was my absolute first spaceship. First day I got the game I just started building. I didnt read tutorials, I didnt look at guides, I just built, as a result the stats are absolutely abysmal (lets just say.. the power core sections were large solid blocks.... facepalm), but at least it had a pretty wrapping!.
