Fleet Improvements

So with the NPC update, there were also fleet improvements.

Some have already mentioned that fleet mining is much improved.

Has anyone else noticed that fighters seem to perform CARRIER RECALL more quickly and intelligently as well, or am I imagining it?

Any other specific performance improvements you all are seeing from fleets in the field?

I have noticed that formations seem a bit better. Maybe its just me, but I remember them being dumber that dolom when I last tried them, now they actually stay in formation pretty well.
