Favorite music/bands?

I'd like to discuss what kind of music the StarMade community listens to. I personally have odd tastes for my generation. I listen to bands like Green Day(maybe The Forgotten), Alice in Chains (Love Rooster), Pearl Jam (Love Even Flow), REM (definitely Losing my Religion or Orange Crush) and ELO! I love just about every single one of ELOs songs. I have the older pallet of music due me traveling with my grandparents across the country every young year for a month or so because that's what they listened too. Well how about you all?

My taste of music is rather unpredictable. I never know when the next song I'll like appears, so I just loop the songs I like as long as I can bear to listen to them. Currently, the only song left is "MKAlieZ" by Sawano Hiroyuki.

I understand where you are coming from. I too have a very limited amount of songs that I actually like. But I seldomly listen to music so they don't usually ware out (except the Green Day) I'm not sure what it is but hardly, if any, of the newer music appeals to me at all. Then again not really any music appeals to me excepf a few bands. Im picky lol.

My problem is, I can't stop it. If the music doesn't come from my hifi system, my brain plays it 24/7. I cannot escape the loop!

Nah, it is a free MP3 player, that doesn't need to be charged, nor requires headphones, AND automatically plays appropriate music in fitting situations. It sometimes feels as if I was a character in a show, but still able to hear the background music.

I think it was somewhere between 40 and 100. I don't recall exactly.
But the titles are given according to the trophy points one has, so…

I know this feel, so my mp3 player has the strangest contrasts. On shuffle, one second I'll be listening to Ave verum Corpus
Aaaaand then this shit pops up (NSFW, like really its oldschool dre)

(I like Ave Verum for very big battles, it works better than epic music)

To OP might I suggest you go on youtube and click on a playlist there while SM is on the background? Then if you like a song, write it down so you can pira....excuse me, legally buy it through Itunes...

This is what I do. If I find a song I like I download it through flashgot, y'know just keep the Webm so I can...uh...remember to buy it...

Alternatively you could get a torrent of rock music (seems to be what you like) and then write the songs down. Then Immediately delete the FLACs or MP3s, don't put them on your ipod or multibillion dollar corporations will lose whole HUNREDS of cents. The Hebe FatCate III can't get another solid gold Bugatti Veyron.

I see a lot of kindred souls here lol. I'm exactly the same as toyota. Listening to a piano song, right after that something metal, and topping it off with some trance or chillstep, though all i listen to lately is MaSu (Machinae Supremacy).

I try and avoid YT downloaders, they sometime have adware or virus with them...I use 'mp3' as generic term, I love my s5, it fits so well in my Andre the Giant gorilla hands :D

Anyway, don't know if you've already done this but your bands into google an see if there are any similar bands, then bring up a YT playlist and listen while gaming/homework/solving issues in viability of fusion power/ whatever

Hmm, when listening to music behind the keyboard I mostly use Grooveshark, a streaming facility.
Being an old hippie I won't bother you with music titles that are my favorites.
