Using the /change_sector command while under the influence of gravity (planet gravity in testing), will cause you to fall forever once you've teleported if there isn't a planet or other object there to catch you. This can be stopped if you change back to the sector you came from, though you have to be out of the influence of gravity or the problem will repeat with each new attempt.
