Why not allow factories to be placed on ship instead of restricting them to only stations and planets.

I rather want plex lifts on ships. I think they are restricted because they are broken...
I don\'t want PlexStores to be redundant with factory inputs too.
Because: imagine you buy at a shop, refine with some uber-power-factory, sell. You aren\'t supposed to do that.
Maybe we could add a delay after a factorie\'s power consumption before production (charge for up to 10,100? production steps, require additional time if not run continuously)
That would give you a (second) reason to build them not on ships where mass matters.
