Export BP from multi to single does not work ?

I've been trying to export a BP from my team multi server to use it (for tests) in solo (or local server) ... does not work.

I can buy it in shops, even make it spawn with /spawn_mobs_line for example but it never pops (nothing new in the nav hud also) ... I taught the BP was corupt but it does not work with other BPs ... After a talk on the support chat, it seems to be a general problem ... any clue ?
