Exploit: Duplicate Blocks

Sorry, I have no errors, no logs, nothing that'll help in discovering the bug. I did this in the NASS server, I bought 1 build block (amongst other things) and found a station somewhere, placed it, started mining the station out. I accidently salvaged the build block with the station but didn't notice till 5 minutes later when I swapped into flight mode randomly then had tremendous client lag at 1 frame per second or less for several minutes. I placed the build block back down, one appeared in my inventory again, I couldn't activate the one that was down so I placed another beside it. This one didn't work either so I exited the game and started it again. I found 2 blocks so I mined one and went back into build mode. Another accidental erase of the build block, I placed again and didn't notice till after I was done mining the station to nothing, that I had 2 in my inventory and thus 3 after I took the very last block.

I hope this is enough for you to find the bug, could be a server/client sync error allowing someone with a laggy connection to duplicate blocks under the right circimstances.
