This one is quite straight forward.
Log into your server.
Stop your server.
Go to config files.
Go to "Admins" admins.txt
Click it and add your name as it appears in the game and anybody else you want to make an admin.
Click "save" at bottom.
Start your server.
When the Admins file is empty the game will make everybody who logs in an Admin.
The above also works while server is running but, you'll have to restart your server after editing the admins file.
To add an Admin in game do this,
Hit enter and in the chat window type the following,
The first adds an admin, the second removes an admin.
/add_admin playername
/remove_admin playername
