Every thing on my screen is to the left

Everything on my screen is a inch over to the left. I need to click one inch right of an icon in order to click on it. My cross hair is not centered. I can still build properly. I also have random blacks splotches in letters. Nothing on my screen is centered.

Hope this can be fixed unless it's on my end.

I had a similar problem a while ago but where everything was shifted a few centimetres downwards, try changing the resolution of the game window to something a bit smaller than you desktop screen resolution.
