hello I have some concerns about your new EULA the first is
"If you are going to make something available on or through our Game, it must not be offensive to people or illegal, it must be honest, and it must be your own creation. The types of things you must not make available using our Game include: posts that include racist or homophobic language; posts that are bullying or trolling; posts that might damage our or another person‘s reputation; posts that include porn, advertising or someone else‘s creation or image; or posts that impersonate a moderator or try to trick or exploit people."
does this mean if I am on a 3rd party multiplayer server and I offend someone that violates the EULA? because that sounds very Orwellian to me I think everyone has the right to express themselves any way they wish even if it does offend others imagine if people never criticised the status Quo in the past we would still be in a Theocracy based on slavery.
the other thing I am concerned about is
"If you make any content available on or through our Game, you must give us permission to use, copy, modify and adapt that content. This permission must be irrevocable, and you must also let us permit other people to use, copy, modify and adapt your content. If you don‘t want to give us this permission, do not make content available on or through our Game. Please think carefully before you make any content available, because it will be made public and might even be used by other people in a way you don‘t like."
does this mean anything I create on a 3rd party multiplayer server I have to share for example if I come up with a design for a generator and I use it on a public server do I need to tell everyone how I made it and If I use a character skin on a server do I have to distribute it freely? I don't think I should be obligated to share things that I make in game or something that is aesthetic for my character.
could I have some answers to these questions because I often interpret things differently than other humans because I have a Neurological disorder and I would like some clarification, Thanks
