This error appears just after your server autosaves, and looks like this (red box in upper right of the screen).
After communicating with Schema about this issue, he's told me that the message is displayed whenever there is a corrupted entity somewhere during the autosave. When my server was still small, it was relatively easy to hunt down the problem and destroy it, but now it's become impossible. I'd really love to see some mechanic put into place to help us deal with this problem until Schema can find a way to get rid of it completely. Please see my suggestion here for what might work.
