Error when loading a blueprint.

I'm getting this on a new server instance when trying to spawn a loaded blueprint and when trying to admin load any ship. I get errors just like this.

Anyone have a clue what's wrong?

It looks like chambers that are loaded with a bonus seem to be not permitted and look like blocks other than what they are.

For instance, the first chamber of the ftl chambers is labeled as jump drive base and the other appears to be jump distance and the third is jump charge speed, fourth looks to be logistics chambers with the mining bonus. The ship loads in single player just fine.
