a liiiiiitle bit more information would be nice 
What operating system are you using? What kind of Grafic card are you using?
Is your Java installation uptodate? Make sure you run 64bit java for a 64bit OS and if you need a 32bit java to be installed to make sure it is the same Version than the 64 bit one.
And to me it sounds like a grafics driver something problem because of shaders not beeing loaded ?
