No offense but it\'s the NCC 1701, not 1700 (that would be the USS Constitution) and the specs on that ship are very poor for its size. I get better power, shield regen, everything on my ~125 meter Statts-Class starfleet research vessel. But of course i\'m assuming your ship is supposed to be just for show not for tell.
