Welcome to the StarMade Empires server.
The Empires server is a server dedicated to the creation of videos and streams, all members of the Empires server are required to post a video/stream preferably every week, but at least every month to be considered an active member. We started in the end of 2017 and aim to become a source of great enjoyable content and projects for all to enjoy, so that when one sees "StarMade Empires" one will think "Yay
"For the aspiring video creators and streamers out there, we don't currently recruit, but it is likely we will do so in the future, however remember that we will prefer creators that have previously made a lot of videos & streams, and understand how much work it takes to be a video creator/streamer before coming here. Many that try to start out give it up after a while. Basically it is important that the members think it is fun to make videos and streams by itself, not just some superficial "fun to get views" feeling. What one honestly enjoys one does not give up or right!
So at times of recruiting (keep updated on my YouTube Channel and our discord server to get all the news) keep in mind that you will need to be able to keep up with making a video or stream around every/every second week , but never at the cost of the videos/streams quality, as we want viewers to associate Empires™ with awesome stuff.

The Empires is a cluster of systems in the Omega-11 Galaxy with a couple of remote connected locations via warp gates and natural space fold holes. The Empires got its name after an ancient civilization recorded in very little detail in a few remaining accounts. The old Empires civilization is estimated to have fallen around 40.000 standard years* ago and was a highly advanced civilisation. The beings in the old empire was lead by a alien species often referred to as the Prometheans, they were technically very advanced and dominated the other species in the galaxy by commerce and firepower. While little remains from the time of the old Empire, much is yet unknown or not entirely understood. While the old Empire went into forgetfulness, the Empires region is a very rich galaxy in resources and opportunities. Since the rediscovery of the old Empire space by our civilisations, the galaxy has been vigorously populated. The repopulation has been going on for some 250 years and many new states, organizations and empires have been established, however the galaxy is still vast and largely unknown yet. In the beginning of the rediscovery some Promethean artifacts were found, however sometimes new artifacts appear and new vast territories are discovered. The Empires is a cradle for new superpowers and pioneers. *Standard years is a unit of time based on the old earth standard, equates to 3.154e+7 seconds.
