You can. Next to "Image" there is "Media"

You can use that to embed videos, from Youtube to w/e kind of other stuff there is.

No, I meant when you embed a video with the 't=' extension, which makes a video play at a certain point. It says I can't embed the link.

Yes, there's two. the NLE has been around for over a year now, and if you haven't seen the forums filled with ponies yet, I'm sure it isn't going to happen anytime soon. At least not from us.
