Hi all,
I'm looking to make StarMade a more challenging experience. As it is now, it's way too easy to get tons of credits, build a huge ship, and become unstoppable. I know that you can go into the block editor and change a parameter called "price" for each block, but I'm not understanding what that number actually means. I've been messing with it, and there doesn't seem to be a direct relationship or something between the value of "price" and the actual price of the block in shops. Obviously, I know if you up the value, the price increases, and I know the actual price of items in shops factors in the supply of that item available, but is there a basic calculation I can do, some ratio I could mulitply by, so that I could change the value of "price" and get a fairly predictable shop price? Also, if any of you are using modified prices, have you got any balancing suggestions?
Thanks,
Fac3Value
