Hello good people of star made.
Now I am no usual forum poster, but I was building a ship for transporting goods when I realized that there wasn't any purpose to do so... The reason that I say that is because there is potential to make a trade system that most space games have. That most new open exploration games like, like EVE online, or elite dangerous have, but star made would have the edge because you have the ability to make you own ship, base, story, etc...
But what I would like to point or process to this. The best way that I could explain this is to give an example of what I can visualize happening to a player in a step by step process to a certain pint so that I can get to the tier system that I wanted to talk about without boring people with this post.
6. The pilot lads his cargo up
7. Takes the good to the shop with an escort (his friend)
8. and they both cash out on the reward, then go to the next mission.
Of course this would go into what I am sure other players covered with improved relations with factions, IN this instance would make thing cheaper for the player to buy and an increase in profit for the things sold , for the more a player transports, the more they will eventually have to transport making it into a rewarding task to follow.

- A player logs on an hops into his ship at a station that he decided to dock at while he logged out
- He gets into his ship and presses (p) to see the universe and a new station request log that was installed into his ship that he bought at a station.
- He sees that a station is in need of 25000 standard green hull, and they are paying 50 credit+ per piece because they were selling out(not actually just a random occurrence int the universe)
- He then clicks on the job and gets the surrounding routes to the nearest stations that have 25000 of the hull he needs.
- The player chooses a route to take and where to buy before he leaves the station
- Once he arrives he loads his cargo up into his hauler
