Duplication of Items

Hello, I'm here to make a report on behalf of my players. It started when I responded to a "bug" report from this player. I inventigated and eventually found that it indeed was a bug. Everytime the player logged out and back in or the server stop and restarted. He would have the blocks he previously placed. ( The blocks he placed would be in his inventory as well as where he placed them, Resulting in duplication of the items.) I would just like to see what you can do about this one, because it looks like this could end up being a major problem interms of game play.

However, I do know that several players on DesolationGaming server were able to dupe ice crystals and max out their credit limit (and proceeded to spawn dozens of ships to crash the server).
