I dont know what this error even means i have never seen this error before. It happens what i use the pickup rails and the carrier recalled to call back the ships all the other ships dock fine put its allways the other ship that does not. all it does is go in a circle and does not line up with the pickup rails. then i get a server error talking about a double character update detected. I can't fined out how to fix this.

I do not use pickup rails or carriers. So unfortunately i do not know how to fix it.
But you are a server owner and can provide way more interesting logs then any player ever can. So please add some server logs to a post. Then maybe a Dev can have a look at it.
You could also try submitting it to the Phabricator. That is StarMades dedicated bug tracking website.
