Does carrier recall and pickup point blocks work currently?

That's not funny. My wife once hit a cancer patient with her car. I've seen how much that disease can suffer.

Anyways, anybody have mixed results when trying carrier recall to a carrier that isn't a flagship, or even in a fleet?

That's not the question I asked you walnut-skulled troglodyte. I was asking if anybody else had tried carrier recall using a mothership that is not in a fleet or not a flagship, because the results I got are mixed. I'm not getting into it in this thread, but was just curious.

So, you are using something that you know doesn't work and are curious if anybody else has noticed it doesn't work?
Obviously it does not work properly if you use it wrong.
