Do regular docking units allow shared energy like the turret docking unit?

Although \"shared energy\" is a wrong term, really. It is not really shared: The docked turret in question simply taps into the ship\'s power once its own runs out.
Therefore, once a ship/turret detaches, it takes nothing of the ship\'s energy with it anyway.
