Docking area expansion not working

    If i try to make a docking area taller, the docking block ignores any other enhancers except for the ones making it taller. in short, if I try to make a long and tall docking area, all i will end up with is a tall one.

    I had the same issue, I figured out how to circumvent the problem. Make a 3D cross of the docking area you need (x,y,z axis) with enhancers (all touching eachother) and then link the docking module to them all with shift-V.

    they will not work sometimes, and make no differnce, but i will get rid of it and place it somewhere else and it does, random spots on one docking module i can make a + and to get the same size+shape with another i have to make a -+-- shape.

    I find that for docking you only need to extend in one dimension in order for the entire area to expand out. Also, lets say your docking zone is above the docking block - you only ever need to extend the width and length, but not the height.

    Lastly, place the blocks in build mode and make sure the docking block is selected (flashy orange). Next start placing the extenders next to the docking block. If you place two or three and don\'t see the docking area extend, then offset the extender \"arm\" by one block and it should start working.

    It won\'t fixt the fact that all ships magically undock when nobody is on the server, but hey.

    I just tried it. Placing docking extenders in straight line only expands the docking area in 1 direction, either X, Y or Z, but not all of them. Expanding the same extender group to other dimension, also increases docking area in that dimension.

    Now if someone fixed the bug where if i click docking module with docking beam, nothing happens... No error, nothing. Quit and rejoin game and it may work.

    The beam doesn\'t go where you click if you\'re not looking from the core, which is the actual bug there.
