Bug Display Block GUI Has No Help Button

After update .19476 display blocks no longer have that button that brings up the formatting help (the one that tells you how to color and size the text with <style>t=#,c=#</style>.)

Oh, lol! Didn't notice until today when I forgot how to color text. :p
