disappearence of my space station

I am playing in solo and when I have reached my space station, some parts of its was disappeared. A big cube at the center of my station was removed. I wish to know what happened if someone know

Sorry, I forgot my ship. I have made a very big ship and thre is a part who has disappeared too. I can see the turrets and docked ship but they aren\'t usable, I can fly through them.

I\'ve seen this many times, there\'s an option to set the max number of rendered blocks, and I believe if you visit a lot of planets or stations or have a lot of large ships nearby, the game will render all of them and eventually run out of blocks that it can hold in memory. I have mine set to its highest (20000), but I still see this online after a while of playing, restarting will fix it.
