Dev bug: Null pointer exceptions on broken logic

    I tried to submit this via the client but my connections keep timing out:
    Version: starmade-build_20140409_142108 playing in sandbox mode.
    I'm experimenting with logic blocks. I find that I can make a fairly regular "null pointer" occur by removing blocks that are targeted for activation just as they are being activated, for instance, build a chase-light sequence, and salvage a light just before it is activated by an activator, logic gate, or delay block.
