Ive messed with my server.cfg for single player and settings.cfg quite a bit and id like to get it back to normal since theres been some game updates since then. ive made so many changes i forgot what they all were and i sure forgot what the default setting was for them. i tried deleting the game and reinstalling (steam) but everything came back the way i left it. i probably shouldve made a backup, but it wouldve been obsolete now anyway as im sure the settings change with updates. what can i do to get my game back to vanilla?

Deleting the files and creating a fresh install should do it....

You could also creat a separate install and copy the default files you want over to your primary install

It doesn't help you now, but I've posted a suggestion that would make this trivial for anyone in the future if Shine implemented it.
