Decorative blocks weigh less.

Idea: All blocks (except those listed below) weigh half as much as they do now.

Hull, hardened hull, glass, controller block-related (i.e weapons, effects, etc) blocks, thrusters, and other 'functional' blocks remain the same weight.

Should encourage people to be a little more decorative, not having to pack in 20 million thrusters to move your garden-dome.

I generally agree, but think it should go a little further. Pixel-type blocks (ex. bar lights and plants) should be weightless or near-weightless. It's pretty weird that a lamp weighs as much as a cubic meter of... I dunno, steel? titanium? Whatever hulls are made up of.

It may just be wishful thinking, but I figured that the dev team would adjust mass values when or after the HP system is implemented.

Hopefully they do. I'd also like to see some kind of lighter hull-like blocks to use as interior.
