Damaged block failures

    I have a very simple suggestion: random functional block failures IF they are damaged. For example: A damaged weapons computer would randomly get stuck and not be able to shoot for a few seconds, an SD cockpit would show cracks on the screen with random static, damaged core would randomly turn thrusters off and so on. What do 'ya think?

    Its a meh thing, but If this were to be implemented it would be in beta most likely. As of right now any weapon that isn't 2 blocks can one-shot any system block, so you might not see this come into play, like ever.

    In 0.15 weapons more commonly do spread-out damage due to all kinds of secondary linkups and effects, so we're not talking about only direct damage
    EDIT It should be more noticable in smaller ship battles where there's less damge done to blocks themelves
