d1000 Bug (May affect other weapons too)

Ok, so I built a big battlecruiser, and put 2 huge d1000 arrays in it. On one side, the place where I deleted the d1000 arrays to trim them to the ship size was still selected. Is there a way to fix this?

I don\'t understand what you are asking. What is wrong?

The place where some d1000\'s were before I deleted them is still selected by the computer. Strangely, it fires like a working array.

Anyone have a way to fix/prevent this? It\'s weird having an invisible launcher...
