In my time doing texturework in minecraft I once came across a rather neat little program called spacescape. It's used to create space skyboxes with a bazillion possibilities and parameters. Today I tried to apply the same program to create starmade skyboxes.
These are the results so far.
This was after increasing the original file's brightness by 150 2 times in PS, starmade makes its sky a lot darker.
For this one I increased the brightness in spacescape to avoid the ugly contrasty bits in the first one.
Possibly more to come.
If you're interested in the files, I'll be happy to provide them.
